Improvement measures for large swing of excavator
1) Appropriately reduce the bearing clearance, especially the axial clearance.
2) Control the shape of the bearing raceway, especially the ovality.
3) Strictly control the surface hardness and quenching depth of the bearing raceway to prevent the surface hardness from being too low and the depth being too shallow.
4) Appropriately increase the quenching and tempering hardness of the bearing base material.
